Yesterday I had a great day with my Man B. We went to see a great exhibition about Nelson Mandela’s life and its major role in ending the Apartheid in his country South Africa. The Exhibition gives an important role to Canada in promoting human rights and pushing for economic measures against South Africa. I always believe when growing up that gender race, religion, sexual orientation and economic situation should not be used agains people. At night, we went to see a theatre play about Simon Wiesenthal, a Nazi hunter. It was a 90-minute one-man show. The writer was also the actor playing Wiesenthal. one of the messages i retained is that we can’t condemn a group but the individuals who don’t use their judgment.

 

 

 

I am feeling so good with my Man and I love him very much. I never had that kind of feeling before and this relationship is very fulfilling for me.

 

After ending my wedding, I met a man at the sauna in Ottawa. He was a Filipino 8 years older than me. He was living in Toronto. During that time, I started going to sauna to meet guys. It was good to have anonymous sex without engagement (no string attached like we say today). This Filipino invited me to move to Toronto with him. I quit my job and did move. After 3 months without work, i find employment in Ottawa and we decided to move together. It was a very rocky period for him and I. He was addicted to prescribed medication going from doctors to doctors to get prescription for headaches. After 5 years, I got a good promotion in North Bay (Northern ontario). He did not move with me. I started seeing a counsellor who helped me to come out of the closet. I did come out at 37 years old. I decided to come out to my family (mother, brother and sisters), at my workplace and and with my closed friends. I was very confident in myself and proud. So it went well with everyone. I fell very good after that. I decided to en my relationship with my partner after 9 years.

 

At that time, I was working for the ontario Government and I was travelling to Toronto on a very regular basis. So I had many opportunities to go to the saunas and bars and enjoyed men. I was staying at hotels so I could invite guys. I am attracted to Asians and brown guys.
